The first ever Music Row Rally (9/25) had Craig Wiseman and friends stationed at both ends of Music Row collecting money and canned food from cars passing by. On hand to help the emergency food supply in Middle Tennessee were the Second Harvest Food Bank volunteers, Wiseman’s Big Loud Shirt gang, and artists Joey + Rory, and Jeremy McComb. Overall, $1,340 in cash donations and 150 lbs. of food donations were raised in support of their efforts.

The 5th Annual Stars For Second Harvest Benefit concert, also raising money for the hungry, is set for tonight (9/29) at the Ryman Auditorium. Hosted by Wiseman, the concert will also feature Rodney Atkins, Phil Vassar, Heidi Newfield, Luke Bryan, Joey + Rory, Jeffrey Steele, Tony Mullins and comedian Gary Mule Deer in an unplugged acoustic style show. www.secondharvestmidtn.org.

Sevendust Signs Exclusive Deal With Big Loud Bucks

Metal band Sevendust and Big Loud Bucks Administration & Information have entered into an exclusive worldwide administration deal. Sevendust has also put Big Loud Bucks in charge of collecting and distributing royalties on behalf of their own record label, 7 Bros. Records in conjunction with Asylum Records. Sevendust is currently recording a new album slated for release in early 2010.

Magic Mustang Music has signed an exclusive worldwide administration deal with Big Loud Bucks Administration & Information. Under this new partnership, Big Loud Bucks will also be responsible for the administration of master recordings on behalf of Broken Bow Records and Stoney Creek Records.

The current roster at Magic Mustang consists of Jason Aldean, Rob Hatch, John Edwards, Westin Davis, Garrett Parris, Angie Broberg, Ash Bowers, Blake Wise, Sherrie Austin, Kristy Lee Cook and Thompson Square.

Songwriter Jenn Schott has signed with Big Loud Shirt. This is the company’s first signing under its partnership combining the Big Loud Shirt & Extreme Writer’s Group creative teams.  I’ve known and been a fan of Jenn Schott’s for years and we are thrilled to work with her. It was also great that Michael Martin of Extreme and Seth England at Shirt could come together to make this happen, said Craig Wiseman, multiple award-winning songwriter and founder of Big Loud Shirt Industries.

On May 28 the staff of Big Loud Shirt Industries hosted their annual carnival-themed parking lot party. Complete with hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy and ring pops, most people flocked to the balloon-hat makers for their own unique party favor. More than 300 Music Row friends showed up to party with celebrated songwriter and Big Loud Shirt founder Craig Wiseman.

“SO many people thanked me for doing this because the Row needs it,” he told Music Row.  “I agree and I think it makes us great citizens of our little world to go to this trouble and reach out to friends and have a balloon-hat and brewski. It’s the little things...”
